Learn to Meditate in 2018

Commencing Sunday 4 March 2018

Sunday mornings 9:30am – 11:00am

8 week course – March 4, 11, 18,  April 8, 15, 22, 29  and  May 6

Note: not all 8 weeks are on consecutive weekends – there is a 2 week break between weeks 3 and 4 for Easter

With an emphasis on mindfulness these meditation practices are introduced in a safe and gentle way – suitable for beginners or those returning to meditation – we will practice concentration techniques including breath awareness, mindfulness practices and deep relaxation – ongoing support is offered by way of monthly drop-in classes and free weekly community group meditation

Location:  John Curtin Meeting Room, John Curtin Reserve, 21 Huxley Drive, Winston Hills     [Please note change of venue from Lake Parramatta due to building damage]
