Learn to Meditate in 2018

Commencing Sunday 4 March 2018

Sunday mornings 9:30am – 11:00am

8 week course – March 4, 11, 18,  April 8, 15, 22, 29  and  May 6

Note: not all 8 weeks are on consecutive weekends – there is a 2 week break between weeks 3 and 4 for Easter

Held in the beautiful bushland surrounds of Lake Parramatta (in the meeting room beside the cafe), enter via 28 Bourke Street, North Parramatta

With an emphasis on mindfulness these meditation practices are introduced in a safe and gentle way – suitable for beginners or those returning to meditation – we will practice concentration techniques including breath awareness, mindfulness practices and deep relaxation – ongoing support is offered by way of monthly drop-in classes and free weekly community group meditation
