What began in 2013 as a free group meditation on Mona Vale beach, has now grown to cover every beach on Sydney’s northern beaches.
Each week, more groups are forming and coming together on beaches and in parks across NSW, Queensland and Victoria. Even a few overseas groups have started up, as a result of this initiative.

No prior meditation experience required (guidelines are available for those wanting some guidance)
Bring a mat, cushion or picnic chair and perhaps a blanket
There is no meeting in rain or bad weather
