Meditation for Self Healing

In this weekend workshop:

  • explore meditations on difficult emotions such as fear, anger and regret; and

  • introduce the healing practices of¬†forgiveness, compassion and the Budda’s loving kindness meditation known as Metta.

If you have completed Learn to Meditate or equivalent mindfulness training, then this is an opportunity to take the next step into self exploration and self knowledge in a safe and supported environment.
